Bridging the Skills Gap strives to get Secondary and Further education to work in harmony with the wider Hospitality industry, promoting Hospitality as an exciting and challenging career choice and gaining wider recognition for the career paths available within it.

We seek to clearly recognise the skills that are required to work across the Hospitality industry and promote where possible the courses, direction and guidance available to ensure future students are both correctly informed of, and fully aware of the opportunities open to them.
